Pumpkin Pie Martini

It’s officially pumpkin season and we are whipping up all the recipes that we can find. From cakes to lattes and now……a drinkable dessert? Yes, Please! 

Pumpkin pie and Vodka combined to make this boozy drink. A glorious Pumpkin Pie Martini. 

Pumpkin Pie Martini

You can safely eat canned pumpkin pie filling right from the can, as it’s pre-cooked and ready to eat.

You Will Need:

Serves 1

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz half & half cream
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin pie mix (make sure it’s canned pumpkin pie mix and not just canned pumpkin). If you only have canned pumpkin available, then add pumpkin spice.
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • A few Graham crackers crushed to form crumbs
  • Whipped cream (optional)
Graham Cracker Glass Rim

Directions:

  • Prepare your martini glass by rubbing the inside & outside of the rim with honey or maple syrup. Then dip the rim into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously to combine and double strain into a graham-cracker-rimmed martini glass. Double straining will make it a silky, smooth texture.
  • Garnish with a small amount of freshly grated nutmeg. If serving with whipped cream then add nutmeg as the final touch.
